IMPLEMENTATION Powder the cookies and mix with the melted butter. Spread the base with the sandy texture in a mold and place in the fridge. Mix all the ingredients of the cream with a hand mixer, add the AVOCADO SAUCE, the lime juice and pour the cream over the base. Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
PASTA SALAD WITH TUNA
INGREDIENTS Boiled and drained pasta / Cherry tomatoes / Parmesan flakes / Chopped scallions / Dill / Tuna in water
IMPLEMENTATION
Boil the pasta and let it cool, add the tuna, pour over with AVOCADO DRESSING and sprinkle with the chopped scallions, the cherry tomatoes, the dill and the parmesan flakes.
